Return & Refund Policy

At Bonnily Vintage, we specialize in authentic vintage and pre-owned items. Due to the age and uniqueness of these pieces, all items may show normal signs of wear. Please review item descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

Clothing Returns

Clothing items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
Any tags or original packaging must be included if applicable
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any original shipping costs if applicable.

Bonnily Vintage reserves the right to deny a return if the item is returned in altered, damaged, or worn condition.

Electronics, Equipment & Mechanical Items

Due to the nature of vintage electronics, cameras, audio equipment, and mechanical items, these products are generally sold as-is.

Refunds or returns for these items are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Bonnily Vintage cannot guarantee the long-term functionality of vintage electronics due to age, prior use, or shipping conditions.

Vintage Condition Disclaimer

All items sold by Bonnily Vintage are vintage or previously owned unless otherwise stated. Minor imperfections, patina, wear, fading, or signs of age should be expected and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

Items returned after the stated return period
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items marked “final sale”
Normal wear consistent with vintage condition

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a claim.
