Thank you for supporting Bonnily Vintage. Every purchase helps support my small business and continuing education, and I truly appreciate your support.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Processing time may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or large furniture shipments.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service). In certain cases, larger or specialty items may ship through another carrier depending on size, weight, or destination.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item and will be displayed at checkout when applicable. Flat rate shipping will be used when it is the cheaper option. I will always chose the most cost effective method.
Insurance
Basic carrier coverage may be included depending on the shipping service selected.
Additional shipping insurance is available upon request and is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like extra insurance added to your shipment, please contact us before the item ships so the cost can be added to your order.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Bonnily Vintage is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, particularly if additional insurance was purchased.
